Masks are required when entering any of our buildings and may be required outdoors for specific interactions with our team.
Social distancing stickers and guidance have been installed throughout the clubhouse and other buildings. Specific occupancy of all buildings has been reduced and is posted at each location. From time to time, you can expect entrance to be denied.
All restrooms and surfaces in common areas of the clubhouse, Golf Shop, studio and other interior buildings are routinely treated with EPA-n registered electro-static sanitizers. Golf carts, range baskets, tables and chairs are treated additionally, with evaporative sanitizers, after each use. Wipes and sanitizing stations are offered in various locations across the property.
Social gathering restrictions in Virginia remain in effect as of the Governor’s latest order. Please adhere to this order of 10 or fewer when scheduling any of your activities at 1757.
Golfers are permitted to walk or ride, in shared carts. Single-rider carts are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
All water coolers have been removed, and we are not permitted to refill personal water bottles or other containers. We are happy to provide water in single-use cups from our Café. Additionally, bunker rakes, sand bottles and ball washers have been removed from the course.
Golf holes on-course continue to feature ‘raised cups’ that help minimize cross-contact.
Rental clubs remain available and are sanitized before and after each use.
Range stalls are more than six (6) feet apart so we have returned all of them to service, however, when sharing a stall or waiting for one to open, please do your best to spread out. Our team returns fit-for-use range baskets to the staging area at each ball machine. Baskets left in stalls have not yet been sanitized.
Tee times can be prepaid online either on our website or through the 1757 App. Our team will accept in-person payments if necessary. If you plan to pay in-person, you may need to allow more time before your round to complete check-in safely. Any cancellations should be made the same way as your reservation, so that any refund necessary is processed quickly.
GOLF OUTINGS, TOURNAMENTS, SPECIAL EVENTS
We can host golf outings safely. Coordinators and Planners should contact our Sales Director to review specific changes to our procedures to make your event a success!
The main dining room and patio are closed for the season. The bar remains open on Saturdays, for to-go orders only. Seats have been removed and our team will ask you to “move through” the area. Any beverages or food purchased cannot be consumed at the bar.
The café remains open daily for to-go orders with a more complete menu than previous guests of 1757 will remember. Our team is able to serve at TopTracer/Launchbox.
QR code-menus are available at various locations around the property. We have also switched to single-use menus.
Touchless payment is available at any dining outlet through Apple and Android providers as well as some credit cards.
WEDDINGS, PARTIES, EVENTS
Presently social gatherings are still specifically restricted to groups of 10 or fewer. Please contact our Event Manager or Sales Director for the latest information or if you have any questions or concerns about an upcoming date.
Masks are required by all guests while indoors, except while actively eating or drinking.
Indoor occupancy is impacted more: only two (2) bays remain in-service AND building occupancy has been dramatically reduced to 16 people. At no point can single-bay occupancy exceed eight (8), even if additional guests are not playing.
Outdoor, in-service bays have been reduced to three (3) leaving every other bay open to maintain adequate spacing between groups.
Reservations can now be paid in advance when made online, and touchless payment is available as other dining outlets.
House clubs are sanitized before and after each use. From time to time, there may be delays in availability. It’s best to bring your own clubs.
GOLF LESSONS & CLUB FITTINGS
Special orders, repairs and other customizations have experienced a number of delays due to a variety of circumstances. Please expect 6 to 8-week delivery times when ordering new equipment. We will do our best to update specific orders. Not every product is delayed every time
Please wear a mask for your golf lesson, class attendance or club fitting, even for outdoor sessions. We will do our best to accommodate your lesson if you have a medical reason to not wear a mask though that accommodation may result in a different instructor.
Clubs and equipment used during each session are sanitized before and after each session.
